Celebrating American Liberty from Sea to Shining Sea

 Liberty Day's Celebration America program has changed shape! Instead of holding various Constitution Day Celebrations across the state of Colorado, Liberty Day is mobilizing college and high school students across the state and country to go into 5th grade classes to teach 5th graders about the contents of the U.S. Constitution! If you're a young person who would like to join this unique program, fill out our Volunteer Form and select "Celebration America" as your program.

 We are also moving along with our 2008 Constitution Day Celebration at the University of Colorado at Denver! We already have several presenters lined up to speak or debate in seminars and breakout sessions. Keep checking this page for news and updates as we continue to make progress organizing this exciting event!

Liberty Day is excited to announce that on Saturday, April 29th Liberty Day Constitution Celebrations will be held in honor of the March 16th birthday of the Father of our Constitution, James Madison, at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado and the University of Colorado Springs in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Liberty Day has secured student committee members to take on leadership roles organizing both of these events. Further details on these Celebrations will likely be available to the public two weeks prior to the conference date.

So far seven Colorado colleges and universities have replied favorably to our request to host a Constitution Celebration on their respective campuses. They are:

• University of Colorado at Denver
• Fort Lewis College, Durango
• Mesa State, Grand Junction
• Western State, Gunnison,
• Adams State, Alamosa
• University of Northern Colorad, Greeley
• University of Colorado at Colorado Springs
